Meet Our Team
Established in 2023, Shoreline LLC was founded by Brian and Christine Matchell. After years overseas, the Matchells returned to the U.S. with a heart to debrief and counsel international workers and to help individuals and teams find a safe place to tell their story while also finding rest and healing. Brian and Christine have 3 TCKs of their own and are currently based out of Northwest Arkansas. They work in the U.S. and travel extensively with the goal of meeting you where you are.

- Certified debriefer through "See Beyond"
- Trained debriefer through "Train International"
- Certified TCK debriefer through "TCK Training"
- Trained Crisis Debriefer through "Barnabas International"
- MA in Leadership, John Brown University
- Teacher, Coach, Crisis Officer, and Child Safety Team member internationally from 2016-2021
- Experience debriefing international workers, first responders, and educators both in person and online

Christine Matchell
- Christine has her MS in Counseling and is a certified Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of Arkansas.

- She is able to provide counseling services in- person in Arkansas and international member care services online and in-person.

- Lived and worked overseas from 2016-2021
​
- Teacher, Female Student Chaplain, and Child Safety Team member for a large international school
​
- Raised 3 TCKs and helped navigate their transitions overseas and back to the U.S.
